Victoria Carpenter & the Muscular Dystrophy Association of New Zealand Inc

Victoria has always been more aware than others of neuromuscular condition called Muscular Dystrophy – all her family members carry the gene which causes it. It has impacted strongly on them, in particular a form of Muscular Dystrophy called Facioscapulohumeral Muscular Dystrophy.
Now Victoria is determined to help the organisation which has helped her family – the Muscular Dystrophy Association. Her aim to is build a national support network in partnership with the MDA, to help families and individuals share the challenges they face.

With her professional business skills and training Victoria believes she can do it. With her passion for the cause and a bit of help from us, we know she can.
